This Site is owned and operated by MrsP Enterprises, LLC (referred to, collectively with its subsidiaries and affiliated companies, as 'we,' 'us,' or 'Mrs. P'). All materials on this Site are the copyrighted property of MrsP Enterprises, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and/or licensors. All trademarks, service marks and trade names are owned by MrsP Enterprises, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies and/or licensors.
By communicating with Mrs. P to send story comments or participating in any writing contest on the Site, you irrevocably grant to MrsP Enterprises, LLC an irrevocable, transferable and exclusive worldwide right to use, reproduce, alter, modify, publicly perform and display, distribute, sublicense, sell and/or otherwise exploit any suggestions, ideas, concepts or other information (including all ancillary, subsidiary and incidental rights thereto) communicated by you to Mrs. P for any purpose Mrs. P chooses, commercial or otherwise, without any compensation to you.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless MrsP Enterprises, LLC, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and representatives, any advertisers or other promotional partners of the Site, its suppliers, and other third parties assisting in the operation of the Site from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) that may arise from your use of the Site in any way (including any Submissions, Postings and E-mails as defined below) or from your breach of the terms of this Agreement.
General Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
We make no representation that the materials contained in the Site are appropriate or that we are authorized to use them in all countries, states, provinces, counties or any other jurisdictions. If you choose to access this Site, you do so on your own initiative and risk and you are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT OR NEGLIGENCE, WILL MRS P ENTERPRISES, LLC, LICENSORS, OR OTHER SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT ARISE OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF THE SITE OR WITH THE DELAY OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR FOR ANY INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE, OR OTHERWISE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF DAMAGES. Submissions, Postings and E-mails
Mrs. P loves to hear from her visitors with questions or comments about the Site. However, while reading is one of her favorite things, Mrs. P does not accept unsolicited submissions of any kind (e.g., scripts, treatments, concepts or any other materials), in any format, by any means of transmission (including email). Any such submissions are either returned to the sender without being reviewed, or deleted or discarded without being reviewed. Therefore, please do not send unsolicited submissions of any kind to Mrs P Enterpises, LLC.
Without limitation, you agree not to engage in 'spamming'(i.e., unsolicited emailing for business or other purposes) or undertake any other activity which may adversely effect the operation or enjoyment of this Site by any other person.
You may not reproduce, sell, resell or otherwise exploit any resource, or access to any resource, contained on this Site.
Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by MrsP Enterprises, LLC for any reason, with or without notice. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you agree to discontinue your use and access of the Site and immediately destroy all materials obtained from it.
Claims of Copyright Infringement
We have adopted and implemented a policy that provides for the termination, in appropriate circumstances as determined by us in our sole discretion, of users who are infringers of copyright. Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement must be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent.

To be effective, the notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

If you receive such a notice, you may provide counter-notification in writing to the designated agent that includes the information below. To be effective, the counter-notification must be a written communication that includes the following:

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled;

Rules of Conduct
You may only use this Site and its contents for lawful purposes. You agree that if a third party claims that material you have contributed to the Site is unlawful, you will bear the burden of establishing that it is lawful. You understand and agree that all materials publicly posted (other than by Mrs. P) or privately transmitted on or through this Site are the sole responsibility of you, not Mrs. P, and that you are responsible for all material you upload, post or otherwise transmit to or through this Site.
You agree that any and all submissions, postings and/or emails submitted to or used on the Site does not and will not:
a) infringe on any third party rights including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights or rights of individuals (i.e. inflammatory messages that may libel, defame, invade the privacy of, stalk, be obscene to, pornographic, prejudiced, abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive, disparaging, criticize, portray any individual in a negative light or exploit another individual’s name and/or likeness in a manner which may violate their right of publicity);
b) solicit information from and/or about minors or attempt to expose minors to inappropriate content;
c) be illegal in message or advocate illegal activity;
d) advertise any product and/or service or solicit any information, donations, possessions and/or funds from any third party;
e) act in a way which affects the ability of other people to engage in activities via the Site (including posting message and/or submissions in any way);
f) disobeys any policy or regulations established from time to time regarding use of this Site or any networks connected to this Site; or
g) contains links to other sites.
We reserve the right to make any and all changes to the Site at its sole discretion without notice to users. Mrs. P reserves the right to deny access to the Site to anyone at any time, and to terminate this Agreement at any time without notice in its sole discretion.
This Agreement shall be deemed to include all other notices, policies, disclaimers, and other terms contained in the Site; provided, however, that in the event of a conflict between such other terms and the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A, without regard to conflicts of law provisions. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Site. Use of the Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.
If any part of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and MrsP Enterprises, LLC with respect to the Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and MrsP Enterprises, LLC with respect to the Site. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form will be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this Agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
At www.MrsP.com your child's privacy is important to us. Mrs P is committed to safeguarding children's personal information collected online. In this commitment, Mrs P fully complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”). In compliance with COPPA, we take measures such as not asking children to disclose more personal information than is necessary for them to participate in an activity. Furthermore, to comply with COPPA and to make sure that this Site stays safe and fun, Mrs P makes the following promises:
1.If you submit stories, artwork, comments or anything else to Mrs P which is posted on our Site, you will be identified on our Site only by first name, age, city and state.
2.If you send us an e-mail with a question or comment, or enter one of our contests, Mrs P will write back using your e-mail address, but we will not keep the address or use it again.
3.No one will be excluded from Mrs P’s Site for not giving us personal information. When we do ask for personal information (like an e-mail address), we will only keep it until that particular activity is complete. We will not share this information with a third party.
4.If Mrs P knows a visitor is under the age of thirteen, we will collect a parent's permission offline (by postal mail, fax or phone) within a reasonable period of time before we accept the minor child’s registration, submissions mail any prizes, or collect or share personal information with anyone else.
5. Mrs P is partially funded by outside sponsors. We choose our sponsors carefully to make sure that the company and services fit Mrs P’s high standards. Mrs P’s Site will not contain advertisements promoting e-commerce with the exception of links from our purchase page. If someone wishes to purchase Mrs P via the I-Tunes, Audible Books, Tales2Go, Powell’s Books, or Amazon stores, the only outside links on the site, Mrs P has posted an alert on this page for children to go and get their parent or guardian so they know they are leaving the Site.
6. For parents not wishing their children to view Mrs. P free storytime videos on YouTube where they may stray to other content, she has arranged for stories to be shown on the Professor Garfield site, where they are streamed and cannot leave the site.
